Family Law Advice & Reporting

Since the introduction of the Judicial Separation Act & Family Law Reform Act in 1989 we have been providing farming spouses with advice and assistance where family law issues have arisen. Such assistance will range from simply advising them of their rights and what to expect when embarking down the legal path, to preparing court reports on the family farming operation incorporating indicative valuations of all farm assets along with suggested settlement options and implications of same. We will also attend court to provide evidence in order to assist the judge in arriving at a fair and equitable judgement.
